Clan History: Based around Tobirama and his use of sensing ability and excellent handsigns the clan avidly followed Tobirama's work and tried there best to copy and become like Tobirama. The Rama clan used to live underground for a period of time until as of recently and due to their sensing abilities by touch they were able to maintain the small clan underground without much attention to the outside world. As these members of the clan aren't perfectly Senju only a few members of the clan can truly preform all the KKG and jutsu's due to the Senju clan having massive amount's of chakra which some members of the Rama clan can almost mimic the amount of Chakra as the Senju. Many of the Rama clan stick with their families but after graduating from the Ninja academy's they usually are spread out throughout the lands, also due to Tobirama's views on the Uchiha as a whole most Rama clan members dislike the Uchiha clan yet some exceptions are seen throughout the Rama clan members. These gifted clan members are great at jutsu casting and the use of not needing to use as many hand signs as the other clans to cast the jutsu that they produce.

Chakra Force: Due to the clan's ninjas being really proficient with jutsu and chakra the user get a 20+ increase towards their chakra pool.

Kekkei Genkai: Touch of the Earth
While maintaining hand contact towards the ground the user can sense any person around them be that if they are moving or not, this usually starts at 10M at E Rank then increasing by 10M each rank which then goes to 50M by A rank. If the user is dedicated enough they may enhance their detection abilities to the point of 100M by writing a 3000 Word thread and 500 Ryo which then makes this Kekkai Genkai to a S Rank, usually the ranking of the jutsu increases based off the perception stat, so if the perception stat is at E-0 to E-3 then the Kekkai Genkai is E ranked and so on. Anything on the ground is detectable if someone has jumped in the air then in order for you to detect them they must touch the ground or any object hitting the ground to be detected again.

B Rank = 40M Sensing
A Rank = 50M Sensing
S Rank = 100M Sensing

Drawbacks: Due to this increased perception any Genjutsu and Taijutsu will have a +1 effect on the user no matter what.

Due to the high nature of a Rama clan members chakra they will have a lot of difficulty in actually LEARNING a Jutsu so they must have a 20% word increase in any jutsu training and elemental training.

This is a simple clan so it looks pretty fair. Kekkei Genkai Jutsu were removed, so remove that subheader. You can keep the sensory ability, I just need some clarifications and adjustments: refer to it as kekkei genkai rather than a jutsu, and move it above the drawbacks into the kekkei genkai description section.

Also, it works through the earth, so specify that things must be on the ground in order for them to be sensed by the kekkei genkai. Finally, in the drawbacks, you wrote "jutsu increasing post and nature type". What do you mean by this? Jutsu training and elemental training? If so, reword it.
