So I've already got most of Kuno's plot planned out and people have already reached out to m in terms of being involved, but right now I'm worried I'm going to fall into a lot of "chance encounter" or "one time meeting" threads with folks to get my social requirements.

And so, I'd like to extend the offer to be involved in OTHER people's plots in Suna. I'll be in Suna for the next little while, so if people are interested in having me in their plot, just post here or shoot me a PM!

Well my current plot is simply Noel learning about being back in the outside world
Dealing with his amnesia and finding a new place to stay
Getting more books from the library and learning how to use other weapons
Smithing to make a new shuriken
Squad Times which is currently a full plot since our squad is full now that the final member returned...

Heya! Issei started up an organization called Ninshiki, and he's gonna be travelling to Suna soon-ish for recruiting and to do a few missions. So, if you think it would make sense for your character and you want to join, I could help you knock out a social thread, and if another member decides to come with me to Suna, you could knock out another with them :)

Side note, there's no obligation to leave your village by any means if you join. You can stay in Suna and there's no required travel or anything. Issei mainly wants eyes and ears and connections everywhere.
