Mission description: Sunagakure needs basic resources from the surrounding desert for various reasons. Find what you can and return them to the one village’s storehouses.
Mission details: The desert is a harsh and dangerous place, but a ninja, even at Genin level, should be able to survive being in it with the right preparation. Any resources you can find will be of use; you’ll need to find rock formations or caves to gather ore, search the open areas for plants, or discover an oasis for clean water. Beware of sandstorms, hot weather, and scorpions.

Objective: Help a merchant run their shop for a day.
Location: Sunagakure

Mission description: One of the merchants in town is offering to pay a shinobi in exchange for a little help around their shop.
Mission details: You will be tasked with working an 8 hour shift, from noon to 8 PM. Duties tasked to you will include cleaning, taking inventory, working the cash register, greeting customers, and making sure that no one is stealing. You’ll receive your reward from the merchant when your shift ends.

Objective: Work at the bar in the Sandbox and gather any useful information you can from the people there.
Location: Sandbox Strip Club, Sunagakure

Mission description: The Sandbox is a popular spot in the village and is always in need of more workers. The Kazekage also knows that sometimes, there’s shady business going on inside, anything from drug dealing to sex trafficking. Work there for a day and see if you can crackdown on any criminal activity.
Mission details: Your primary mission is to serve drinks and interact with customers at the club. Whether or not you discover anything illegal going on isn’t important, but if you do, you are required to either stop it yourself or report it back to the Kazekage after you’re done working.
Mission name: Greenhouse Maintenance (Repeatable)
Mission rank: D
Objective: Take care of the plants in the greenhouse.
Location: Medicinal Greenhouse, Sunagakure
Reward: 150 ryo
Mission description: The Kazekage often hires low-ranking ninja to work in the greenhouse during the day to make sure the plants there are well cared for.If you take this mission, you will be expected to tend to the plants for a day.
Mission details: A large variety of plants are kept in the greenhouse, most of which are for use at the hospital. Your job is simply to make sure the plants are getting enough sunlight, water, and nutrients from the soil. You’ll also be tasked with trimming and pruning certain plants, or gathering plants that are ready to be harvested. You’ll collect your reward from the Suna Hospital when you’re done.

Objective: Help the improve the village by demolishing old buildings or constructing new ones.
Location: Sunagakure
Reward: 300 ryo
Mission description: You’ll be working under a construction team led by an architect. Buildings in Sunagakure are primarily made from clay or stucco to help keep them cool. Your job is to follow any orders given to you to assist in demolishing or constructing a building.
Mission details: Working in construction is dangerous. You will be required to wear a hard hat and a flak jacket (which will be given to you temporarily at the beginning of the mission). Be careful and follow your supervisor’s orders precisely.
Mission name: Suicide Watch (Repeatable)

Objective: Stop the villager from committing suicide, either through conversation or physical intervention.
Location: Sunagakure
Reward: 300 ryo
Mission description: Someone has been reported to be atop one of the tallest buildings in the village, screaming and threatening to jump. Your task is simple; stop them.
Mission details: The person will be difficult to reason with. They are assumed to be manic and highly self-destructive, and if they are taken down from the rooftop, they may try to find another way to injure and/or kill themselves. The mission will be considered a failure if the person dies, and no reward will be received if that is the case.

Objective: Rumors have speculated that a hidden cave out in the desert holds an ancient artifact.
Location: Kaze no Kuni
Reward: 300 ryo
Mission description: You are tasked with trying to find this cave based on a map provided. If the mission is a success, you are to return the artifact to the Kazekage.
Mission details: The cave is tucked away near a cliffside out in the dunes, kilometers away from Sunagakure. The treasure is a gold-plated tablet with engravings in kanji, found at the deepest part of the cave. There are a number of potential threats that may be present within the cave, including but not limited to falling stalactites, poisonous bugs, vampire bats, and rogue ninja trying to find the slab.
Mission name: Rockslides (Repeatable)
Mission rank: B
Objective: Prevent damage to the village during a rockslide.
Location: Sunagakure
Reward: 500 ryo
Mission description: One of the cliffs surrounding the village has been prone to rockslides lately, which poses a dire threat to the buildings nearby. Protect the area as the rockslides happen.
Mission details: You will be working with a team of NPCs, all at Special Jounin rank or lower. The boulders that will be falling from the cliff are fairly large, too heavy to stop with strength below B-Rank. In order to make sure that the boulders don’t crush anyone or anything, they will have to be broken down in mid-air by a strong jutsu, or caught by a ninja with enough strength.

Mission rank: B (Anbu only)
Objective: Interrogate a rogue ninja and find out where he’s keeping his captives so they can be rescued
Location: Sunagakure
Reward: 500 ryo
Mission description: A B-Rank missing ninja from Suna has recently been discovered and captured. There are reports that this same ninja has kidnapped a total of five people from the village for whatever reason. It’s your job to interrogate him (and torture him, if necessary) to find out where his captives are. Then, you are to follow up on the job and rescue them along with a partner Anbu member (this may be another player or an NPC).
Mission details: Once the rogue ninja gives in, he will reveal that his prisoners are underground, in the basement of a local inn. The innkeeper must be arrested, and the five prisoners will be starving and dehydrated, but alive.
Name: "Nikuya"
Age: ???
General Appearance: A disfigured, grotesque man with pale skin and distorted features. He has black eyes and short, gray hair.
Personality: Depraved and unstable, this man who calls himself "Nikuya" lacks morality or a conscience; he tortures people in order to feel powerful, but he never kills his victims unless absolutely necessary.
Motivations: Hearing the screams of people who fear him
Fears: Feeling weak, losing his intimidating persona
Abilities: Nikuya uses a variety of bladed weapons in battle in order to inflict as much pain as possible to his adversaries. He also specializes in Genjutsu (S-Rank) and is very resistant to it, so trying to use Genjutsu against him is almost useless. His stats are A-Rank all around
Other: The innkeeper is his brother, who fears him and obeys his every order out of pure fear.

Objective: Track down and kill the criminal.
Location: Kaze no Kuni
Reward: 1000 ryo
Mission description: A sociopathic serial killer known for torturing their victims has escaped Sunagakure no Sato and moved out into the vast desert of Kaze no Kuni to hide. You have to find and kill them, and bring back proof to the village, for your reward.
Mission details: The criminal is hiding away in one of the smaller villages in the country. Finding them will be easier than defeating them. They will do anything they can to avoid being killed or captured, including using innocent bystanders as human shields or threatening to blow up buildings in the village using paper bombs. Be careful when facing them.
Name: Wanted Criminal
Age: 20-40
General Appearance: Varies, but usually armored from head to toe and equipped with basic weapons.
Personality: Self-centered, lacks any respect or care for justice or the law.
Motivations: Money, power, and the promise of a lavish life.
Fears: Facing the consequences to their actions.
Abilities: S-Rank Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, and Taijutsu, and A-Rank stats (Strength, Endurance, etc.)
Other: A good strategy would be to keep them away from the village so that they cannot cause any harm to anyone outside of the battle.

Objective: Escort a squad of 3 Chuunin-level ninja to a mission in Konoha.
Location: Konohagakure
Reward: 1000 ryo
Mission description: You are to become the leader of a C-Rank squad for a short time as you take them to Konoha and complete a task there together. Your primary objective is to ensure their safety; if any of them die, the mission is considered a failure and you will be held responsible.
Mission details: This task can be a variety of things, including conducting reconnaissance, arresting a missing ninja from Suna, or meeting with the Hokage’s council. No matter what you decide the task is, you will have to travel from Sunagakure to Konohagakure after receiving the mission, and you once the task is complete, you will make another thread traveling back and collecting your reward. The travel word counts do not count toward your mission word count.
Name: Sunagakure Chuunin
Age: 15-25
General Appearance: Young and bright. Physical characteristics vary with age and gender.
Personality: Caring and loyal to Suna, but stubborn and naive at times. They require a bit more training before they're ready to become Special Jounin.
Motivations: Protecting their village and promoting a sense of peace and alliance.
Fears: Death, losing their comrades, failure.
Abilities: C-Rank stats. 2 specs and 2 elements that vary from person to person.
Other: They might not be very obedient to orders at first, so you'll have to earn their respect before they're willing to submit to you and acknowledge you as a squad leader.
Mission name: Eliminate the Evidence (Repeatable)
Mission rank: A (Anbu only)
Objective: Find your fallen Anbu companion and destroy all evidence of their existence.
Location: Anywhere
Reward: 1000 ryo
Mission description: One of the members of your Anbu squad has been reported as missing and likely to have been kidnapped by a missing ninja, so they are now a liability to the village. Anbu are usually tasked with destroying their own bodies if injured badly enough in order to prevent capture and to protect confidential information about the village, but since your squadmate is assumed to be incapable of doing so, you are required to find where they are being kept and kill both them and the missing ninja holding them prisoner.
Mission details: Your Anbu companion can be held prisoner in any of the five nations, so depending on where you choose to look for them, you may need to write a travel thread. You are to be merciless and cold; kill anyone in your way, or anyone who may be a threat to the mission’s success. Do not reveal your identity at any time during this mission and be sure to wear your Anbu armor and mask throughout the mission. The criminal will be significantly weakened after having to fight your squadmate, so they will not be much of a threat once you find them. Kill them, and then kill your squadmate without hesitation, no matter how much they beg you not to. They have been compromised and have already put the village in enough danger by allowing themselves to be kidnapped, so it is your duty to kill them, dispose of their body, and erase any remaining evidence of their existence.
