Secondly, since you wanted tips on your character app, I'll give you a quick few~
So, in terms of layout with what you've written, you may wish to spell-check it, and adjust some spacing/ paragraphing and capitalisation errors here and there. They're minor things, but doing so makes the application easier to comprehend and as such, easier to read and moderate. Next, let's go from the top to the bottom~
So, where it says clan, you may want to look through the clans that can be found here: http://www.narutosaga.com/f12-clan specifically within the Kumo and Scattered sections, since you appear to be starting in Kumogakure. Since you asked via the chatbox, I'll link the scattered clans specifically here: http://www.narutosaga.com/f225-scattered
Next, your specialisations. When you pick Taijutsu as a spec, you are required to put a fighting style, a fighting subspec, and a fighting stat boost. The stat boost can be either speed or strength. For example, Taijutsu(Kickboxing/ Striking/ Speed) or Taijutsu(Judo/ Grappling/ Strength). The stat boost (Speed or Strength) is a technical thing, and entirely comes down to do you want to hit harder, or be faster.
As for Bukijutsu, you choose a subspec like you did, however, you may add a second if you want due to one of the SC's you chose, Specialist. Which means you could, if you wanted, start with Swordsmanship and something like Kyujutsu or Bojutsu, etc. While on the topic of Specs, you may want to remove the ",etc" from that line~
Moving on to the SC's, while you have the concept of balancing right, you may only have a maximum of 3 positive SC's at any one time. So, you can remove a positive and negative SC. Furthermore, if you want to keep Agile, you'll want to replace one of the negative traits with Frail, as it is a requirement of Agile~

Next part of your question, here is an unofficial jutsu library made by Hanbei for Taijutsu techniques.
