I'm new to Naruto Saga and just wanted to say hey. I'll be playing Hiroki "Hiro" (TBD). I have years of RP experience in various forms and I'm a wanna-be actor/writer. Looking forward to this new outlet in one of my favorite universes!

Side note: Was hoping to find out if there was a Fuuin/Tai/Buki-jutsu libraries, or if those techs were more copied/created.

I don't think libraries of those exist, specifically, but I might be proven wrong by someone else. Most techniques on the site are created from scratch! Regardless, as an inspiring writer yourself, I'm excited to see what you can come up with.

Sadly, Buki/ Tai/ Fuin are all specs that do not currently have libraries, although there is an unofficial library for Tai here: http://www.narutosaga.com/t19905-taijutsu-techniques-for-saga#162837 (Note, as an unofficial library, you would need to get them approved and likely adjust them in some way regardless, however it does provide a base). Welcome to Saga, Hiroki! Unfortunately, there are no libraries for Fuuinjutsu, Bukijutsu, and Taijutsu; however, you can make custom techniques for them, and I'm excited to see what you can come up with. :)

Welcome to the site, everyone before me seems to have answered your questions, Kumo is looking for people who are talented and want to advance fast through their careers, as for Fuuinjutsu, it is currently one of the most powerful specs that you can do.
