Clan History: The Hyakuen are rare. Almost nothing more than Mysterious names on the wind. they have appeared through-out the world, though most are unsure of their origins, Not even the clan members are all that sure on there heritage. Some believe they are spawned from one of the original shinobi clans that fought alongside and against the Uchiha and the Senju. Some believe they are the direct descendants of Kaguya herself. Whilst others believe that they knew of the ways of chakra, and it's manipulation long before Kaguya took the fruit from the tree. However the story appears to be different no matter who is asked.

Gifted learners
Clan Members are exceptionally gifted learners, beyond what any could comprehend. Clan members receive a 40% wordcount reduction when training new jutsu. If the clan member is learning this technique from another person, this bonus goes up to 60%.

Masters of Development
Clan member, once they understand how a technique works are exceptional at creating techniques the spawns of, or better versions of the same techniques. With this, Clan members can take a technique they already know, and do one of two things, either create a variant of the technique, or create a higher ranking version of it.

When creating a variant of a technique the user already knows the user can do so at a 60% word count reduction to training, and no ryo cost. [This is the only bonus that applies, if the clan member is creating both a more powerful technique, as well as a variant, however in doing so, the bonus goes down to 40% word count reduction]

When creating a more powerful version of a technique, the user can only needs 500 words per rank above the original technique, as well as it requires no ryo. However whenever either the original or this technique go on cooldown, so does the other.

All Masters of Development techniques must list which Jutsu they are spawning from in their description.


Drawbacks:
Clan Members must take the Hesitant (element) special characterist without balancing it with a positive.

All of the benefits received by "Masters of Development" cannot be impacted in anyway by any sort of WC reduction.

All Clan members, due to their natural affinity for learning, and just simply understand how things work, have a hard time teaching, and explaining to others how or way something works, or how to do it. Thus whenever a clan member is teaching a Specialization, Element, or Jutsu to another person. The word count required to train the technique doubles, and no word count reduction bonuses apply.

Clan members, due to their increased ability to learn incredible amounts of techniques, must reach double the original requires to rank up, when it comes to jutsu. [Meaning a Genin would need a minimum of 4 D-rank techniques, and 2 C-ranks to rank up], as well as clan members can no longer supplement weapons for the jutsu when ranking up.

Clan members due to their natural prodigy nature, have a hard time not being seen as pompous and are easily targets for envy. As such, clan members require an additional 20% increased word count on both their social threads to rank up, as well as every mission they wish to complete.

Clan members have a harder time learning the ins and outs of elemental working, as it is not something that is necessarily taught, but more intrinsic to the individual, and as such have a 50% increased word count when training their elements.

Clan members cannot take the Quicklearner Special Characteristic nor ever receive it, or the Genius perk.
