As the moonlight shined down upon the two the only thing that filled the very air between the two was in fact the great blood lust that each of them wanted to the very brim. He had no intention to kill this shinobi unless he was pushed to the limit but knowing himself he would rather enjoy a fight instead of a senseless murder. Watching him closely as his enemy simply agreed on that battle by throwing some words back at Burittsu the smell of blood slowly consumed the air as the silence simply set the mood for the battle to come. With a deep breath and a exhale to release the stress of his burden his chakra was indeed showing but as a cold sensation. So cold in fact his breath was able to be seen out in the open leaving his body every breath that escaped him making as his skin itself was already cold to begin with but now the chilling air was able to felt by his enemy as well. It was time for less talk as he did not say a word but let his feet and body do the moving upon this battlefield. Thinking to himself he only allowed his mind to clear and his body to simply react on reaction only making the fighting all muscle memory.

Swiftly dashing across to this so called Yasuo his mind was already made up as he could not stop himself or his mind now as the choice was his alone. The dust cloud that trailed behind him only gave the response that he was hoping his enemy was waiting for with a swing of his right leg towards the head of his target in an attempt to take the lead in this fight. While his leg swung across the air his left hand reached forward in a vast attempt to grab the head of his opponent making sure the enemy was not able to retreat from such an attack that seemed as if it was to kill. But no Burittsu was simply better than that using actual skill to bring out the best of his opponent in battle no matter the outcome it was his heart that he put into every punch and kick in his arsenal.

“Mhmm”

Even if the kick was to be blocked it indeed would send a nasty feedback to the to rattle the mind of his opponent. Even though it seemed his opponent lived for the moment of combat and killing Burittsu was just as skilled as this opponent he just needed to actually put his all in this fight. Thinking back how he and Genbu used to spar and he would always receive the worse ending of it only now if his comrade was dead he did not fear going to to join him in the process or maybe send someone else in his place. Even if he hasn’t done it in a while he was not afraid to avenge a friend and protect the name of the village he only wanted this fight to be simple and over so to do that he simply put his heart in his punches. Willing to trade blows to send and deliver messages to better understand the person he was actually dealing with on this unforeseen night. His blood only raised higher and higher as it felt as if he was putting pieces of a puzzle back together just to find the bigger picture of this mystery that he would love to put to rest and bury it deep down with nothing but respect.

From the sudden drop in temperature, Yasuo could conclude it were not the weather nor themselves but the cold aura seemed to emmanate from the unnamed lad. A Yukki clansman, Yasuo concluded. From the way it formed it must be highly connected to his emotions which were certainly high right now which in all similarly match Yasuo who knew they were going to enjoy this duel as they had never fought against a Yukki clansman before so this would indeed be an experience. Come now, little snow flake, show me what you can do hehe. Give us a good show why don't you....

Instead their mind the voice was filled with mirth that finally Yasuo would stop playing house maid and actually do some fighting. It almost weep in happiness for the day to finally arrive. And arrive it has. Whilst ignoring the voice in their head, Yasuo was quick to judge their opponent and watched dully as the distance between them closed. It seemed the snowflake wanted to rattle their bones as the dash left behind a dust cloud. But now that he was in range, Yasuo could see the affects of their death's aura affecting the Yukki and gained a better advantage than before. So when the snowflake aimed their right leg to kick Yasuo's head, attempted to grab it with his left hand to prevent escape Yasuo already prepared. They gathered chakra into their lungs as as soon as the Yukki was close enough, Yasuo raised both hands to catch the leg and arm, squeezing it for a moment before expelling the fuuton chakra in their lungs and howling. Due to point blank range it was unlikely the Yukki could dodge. If contact was made, the Yukki would be dealt major external bruising and launched backwards approximately five meters.

If the attack connected and the Yukki launched backwards, Yasuo would quickly close the distance in 0.04 seconds and create a sebon out of chakra which they will aim towards the Yukki's throat after they close the distance and aim at spin back kick towards his chest. If the kick connects, the sebon will be thrown towards their throat and begin to take affect.

He only had a chance to think of what shinobi was this as he caught his kick but what else he felt was the off feeling of being sluggish in the middle of combat it was indeed hard to wonder but he felt as if his body was beginning to weigh him down. The thoughts were only intruded by the males onslaught on him sending him away from him about five meters in the air with a crazy jutsu that Burittsu had never encountered before the strength of it indeed pushed hard upon his skin. As he crashed upon the very planes of the battlefield he attempted to get back upon his two feet only to feel the sudden impact of his chest being hit by the swift kick of his enemy following that was a sweet sting on his neck as it appeared his enemy came with the whole kit to killing a shinobi. It sent a tingle down the throat of the male as that could either mean the opponent missed his mark or the needle itself was bathed in poison either way each Burittsu did not want to come true as he removed the needle from his neck throwing it on the ground.

The tingle only made its away around and about in his throat which only made Burittsu nervous but he had no choice but to continue his fight even if he meant his death was right here at this very moment. His only choice was back away farther from the male separating the distance between the two by six meters as he felt he was regaining his strength that he had lost previously. It only made sense as when Burittsu closes the distance to his enemy he gradually weakened something that shook him to the core but with a glimmer in his eyes and a grin on his face he welcomed the challenge. Clapping both of his hands together he quickly leaned over as his source of water directly in front of him using the blood from the fallen victim made it all the easy to see why it was called the bloody mist. As the thick mist made from the blood that was splattered upon the ground and wall from his enemies merciless kill it only made the cover up great in a few seconds the mist overwhelmed the area concealing the two shinobi.

In the mist he remained quiet as he formed one hand seal that being the bird and quickly leaned over launching rapidly four air bullets aiming towards the last position he saw his enemy if the air bullets themselves made contact. It would rip through the clothing of the male and leave a one inch cut upon his body they traveled quickly cutting through the mist silently but deadly as Burittsu could only move from his position swiftly after firing so his cover would not be easily blown. If the attacks did hit his enemy at least one it would boost the confidence a little bit as he only felt the tingle of his throat as if it was dancing.

From the manner the male presented himself, it seems he caught onto Yasuo's little trick, making this much more difficult. Usually Yasuo would close the distance and lull their target so they would notice the difference in their ability so they would focus on the kurohebi's dreadful aura of death. But it seems now, Yasuo doesn't have the luxury since they had a considerable distance about them when they first entered their altercation, it would be pretty obvious so Yasuo had to hand it to them for noticing. Most folks don't realized their ability is affected until its too late. Some folks come to mind. Regardless Yasuo knew not to let this affect them. They knew regardless they had the advantage in close combat and would not let the distance falter them.

But it seemed the Yukki knew that seeing as they moved away as soon as Yasuo's attack hit them surprisingly, leaving about six meters between them. And as soon as the Yukki separated them he began to show prowess in ninjutsu, forming the necessary seals to emit a mist. Yasuo recognized this technique from their own arsenal and narrowed their eyes as their vision was obscured. Any thing five meters away would fade from existence and become obscured. But Yasuo also knew the user would be affected as well so if their feeling was right, the Yukki would be in a similar delimena if they had the same level of sight but they would make sure to watch for any tell tale signs they weren't whether it is better or worse.

Of course as soon as their opponent moved to create the mist, they also launched a jutsu towards them, about four air bullets. Not that Yasuo would know except for the sudden air shift. They only had a moment to see the mist shift and dodge the sudden onslaught, weaving their way around them as best as they could though it were narrow escapes that cut their flesh, leaving small lacerations even if the attacks were not directly off them. Yasuo's eyes narrowed as they felt thin cuts on their face and hands. They would make sure to not let this happen again. Especially for some worthless prey...

Now with their blood boiling, the lust for battle grew and the kurohebi felt themselves drive straight in. Yasuo used Serpent's Parade, creating about five snakes snakes that were all about 32 inches tall. The snakes would slither and head towards were Yasuo last saw the Yukki and follow him if they found him to attack. If the snakes found the Yukki, Yasuo would hear them hiss and follow that direction to wherever their prey were.

He laid upon the floor of the tree in the mist as he remained motionless and quiet he only thought to himself of how he even got into such a situation like this in the first place as he gave out a chuckle. In a fierce pain his throat began to seem sore as he only thought it was affected by the shinobi’s projectile with a grin upon his face he only recalled why he was fighting for and if it was worth it anymore. A dead corpse or not he put his life on the line and could only think of how this was going to end it seen earlier with his own eyes how he killed without mercy such things he could not do anymore. Out of view of his enemy but he dared not move as his throat seemed to grow more in pain forcing him to think about what would happen if he did attempt to do something would it mean any difference in the life of his comrade. Nothing was going to change as he thought about it the sound of hissing only echoed throughout the mist drawing his attention a little bit but only to soon lose the male once more. Thoughts running through his mind of what could he have done to stop his friend from leaving the village he felt as if he was the one to take the burden but nothing could be changed. As he attempted to gather himself by grabbing onto the bark of the tree he only wanted his enemy to know that he would not go down running from fear.

The hissing itself grew louder and louder as he knew any minute now would probably be the part where he would have to face these serpents head on standing tall on his feet he removed six senbon placing three on each hand.As his in the mist he was completely blind he could not do anything but simply wait for whatever it was to come at him hidden in the mist. While the hisses grew closer his mind only began to recall the good times he actually had hope in his life to be something great and for a while he saw it with an actual friend. Someone who most likely was not walking on the face of the earth he did not know he was now resolved with the fact he could die in such a place like this he only welcomed it with open arms. With the hissing stopped he only waited in the mist silent as a hunter waiting for his prey but in this case the tide had turned in mere seconds of silence he was surprised in fact as five long serpents ripped from the mist attempting to get a taste of the shinobi. With a quick release of his body's own will he released all six senbon as all his senbon hit their mark piercing through the ground. He was off completely and this was not a surprise to him as he indeed felt the fatigue inflicting great injury upon Burittsu as each snake made their mark on his body. As the senbon rested on the dirt of the battlefield the spark of Burittsu’s slow seemed to glow brighter as his heart beat harder with the quick sting and pain of each fang entering breaking his skin.

“Tired of running and hiding.”

Clapping his hands together as the mist began to retreat clearing the area around two fighters it was becoming clear for his enemy to see the Burittsu standing firm and tall with the snakes hanging off of his arm and legs quickly in a collective motion he gathered all the snakes tails together pulling them off with nothing but strength and heart. With a fierce glance he only tossed them at his enemy foot as he looked down and picked up one of the senbon he had threw earlier. With only one senbon left he quickly threw it directly at his enemy aiming for the left leg of his enemy the thigh area to be exact in hopes of hitting a main artery. Quickly after releasing the projectile he formed a circle with his index and thumb placing it around his lips blowing out a stream of pressurized water towards his enemy with enough power to cause him minor bruises but at least push the male back a couple meters away from Burittsu. If the senbon had hit his enemy he would indeed take a puncture to the leg and probably the risk of getting hit in a artery. Either way Burittsu was feeling confident in himself to be said as he only rubbed his throat dealing the pain as a grin appeared on his face he only began to quickly think about what else could he do to this enemy to keep him on his toes. As he brought out a serrated kunai which was about six inches in length as he prepared himself for anything he might throw back at Burittsu. He only gave out a chuckle to himself once more as he felt his throat began to tingle increasingly he knew this was his only chance to go down fighting or somehow or someway put a stop to this whole fight.

The snakes hissed and entered combat with the Yukki. The male tried to defend himself by launching sebon at the snakes however the projectile were no match for them as they batted the sebon away and bit into the male's juicy flesh. As they bit into him, they released their hold and hissed loudly, enough for Yasuo to hear. But not long afterwards, the male canceled their technique, having the dense mist clear and become normal again, with no one's vision hinder. Of course by then, Yasuo took the opportunity to move. As soon as the snakes hissed loudly and entered combat with the Yukki, Yasuo followed the sound and was able to see a tree where the noise was the loudest and made their way to it. They put their side to the tree, taking out a kunai. They felt this play go for too long thus wanted to end things soon, as they had no desire being out too long with a body that still needed to be disposed of.

Just as they were going to, Yukki grabbed the snakes by their tails suddenly. They aimed to be attacked but as far as both the male and  snakes knew, they were being tossed back to where Yasuo was last seen. Granted he must not have known that the kurohebi had moved towards the back of the Yukki, kunai in hand.

Yasuo grinned and turned onto their side, lifting their left leg and aiming towards the Yukki's neck. If successful, they hit hard enough to push him towards the ground while shifting their hips to the right, until they spun almost completely, letting their left foot touch the ground and using the momentum to shift again, jumping from their right foot, into the air to the side, next to where the Yukki should be on the ground. If successful, Yasuo would've had their left foot forward and right foot back. Then they would push off their right foot, spinning on the ball of their left foot and aiming to kick with foot towards the Yukki's neck should he be on the ground.

The snakes, still active, although thrown were watching this unfold, had been cancelled by Yasuo who had no use for them once they were thrown as they served their purpose.

It seemed as if his efforts themselves were in vain with a burning feeling in his neck he only felt as if their was a fire in throat. Feeling the burning he knew nothing more was to be done except to continue to fight for his life he felt as if his arms themselves were throbbing from the snake bite he only then realized that his target was now missing. With a sigh it was too late for the male if his enemy did escape he quickly felt as if his body was once more going through a phase as it did earlier when he encountered his enemy. The sluggish feeling in his stomach but he only knew that meant it was over for him as his thoughts were completely disrupted with a pressure to the back of his neck sending him crashing down to the ground. The feeling of being drained of his strength and energy was indeed a lasting effect on his body as he only thought if this was the end of him.

He laid there for a moment or so as he felt a swift jab to his throat forcing him to roll over and over coughing up blood from his throat grasping the ground in hopes of more strength. As his blood made its way down his chin the sensation of now burning pain reminded the male he was still alive and if this was his final moment he would not go out weak. Pushing off the ground with his strength in his arms as blood began to force its way out from the puncture holes left in his arms from the snakes. Indeed this was a bad place for him to die but he could only smile a great big grin upon his face as he stood up on his two feet his grin turned into a smile.

“All you got?”

Taking a deep breath in then out he clenched a fist and revealed a Kunai in his other hand giving it a firm grip as he stood in place awaiting for the enemy to come to him he could only try his best to make the situation any better then it was now. Giving another cough as blood escaped his mouth hitting the ground between the two he only wanted to know how long would his body keep up with his spirit. As he sighed and the taste of blood itself flavoured his mouth he could only be on the defensive against such a skilled opponent. Making eye contact with the male he could only speak what his heart was saying no matter what the outcome was he was ready to continue on the fight out of respect of the battlefield and Genbu.

“Well Cmon..”

Watching the Yukki cough blood and rise from the ground, putting a small distance between them, Yasuo felt some sort of pleasure from watching him. He was clearly outclassed and still tried to stand, to win, to fight where it is very obvious he cannot continue any longer. Yasuo doubted it was about Genbu anymore. Maybe a bit but there had to be something else that was driving him to keep going. How...interesting. Yasuo twirled the kunai in their hand and covered their mouth chuckling"Kshi kshi kshi kshi....ah....Yukki-kun. I see you really intend to keep up that false bravado. I can see it in your eyes that my little trick is already taking effect. Is not getting difficult to breathe? Looking at the time now, you should be getting more desperate. In the face of demise, that is typically when man sheds his humanity to become a beast, releasing their inner carnal desires?"

Yasuo had a splitting grin as they attempted to contain their laughter which they was successful in. They whistled having a snarky grin as they looked over the Yukki's beaten body, appreciating the view"Well I should applaud you. You certainly put up a fight albeit  not a very impressive one." Yasuo looked at the Yukki's kunai having a suddenly monotone voice that seemed to look down on him. "Perhaps the Mizukage had a moment of poor judgement when she allowed you to leave the safety of the academy" they taunted.

"Why do you bother fighting me? You should've known from our first confrontation I was not one to be trifled with. Yet at the mere connotation of your companion Genbu you lost all reason. Was your relationship so aspiring that you would put yourself out there? Would he have done the same for you if your roles were reversed?" Probably not, Yasuo thought. Genbu did not seem the type from what they observed before they killed him.

As they were pondering, there was something that was bugging them ever since they first made contact with the Yukki before this whole thing started that bothered them. But only until now did something click inside them. In the manor, the spider maintained a web of information around the country and Yasuo also had their own string of contacts that fed them information that seemed interesting. Yasuo finally realized who they were "Yukki-kun, I just realized why you seem so familiar...you were that lad who managed to find their way back from Kumo in dire condition. It makes one wonder what is going on in that village. It must have been pretty important that you were not there to protect him"

"You wanted to know about Genbu yes? Yasuo already knew their answer and name but just seeing the Yukki give in would bring so much pleasure to them "Give me your name and I will tell you. You can decide how you'll use it. What I said before was the truth but not the entirety of it. And as you can guess, it is not entirely pleasant"

No doubt Yasuo should have their attention now."You must be wondering, what is their motive? Why are they doing this? What do they gain from telling me? It's simple honestly. After all, I should reward you for the entertainment you have given me Kshi kshi kshi kshi"

With the words of the enemy creeping into his skull asking questions about his name and why did he want to know but he had no option left as he felt a growing lump in his throat slowly but increasingly cutting off his breath. If this was his final act he at least wanted to know the full story of his partner it was something that he could at least smile for before dying and either ascending into the air or falling deep down into the pits of hell.  Throwing down his kunai on the ground as his breathing became harder to cipher in and out of his body he was willing to give his name before he dies he felt the pressure of his head. As his vision itself gave out a quick blur and quickly readjusted itself falling backwards on the ground he crossed his feet sitting up straight with the same smirk upon his face from earlier. Taking a deep breath as he took his time to filter the air in and out of his lungs he looked up and began to speak to his enemy.

“I Surrender and cut it with the Yuki.. My name is Burittsu..”

Gazing up into the empty night sky as the smell of blood filled the air he only thought this was destiny he got to know what happen to his partner but now it seemed after all the worrying he put into it his time was coming. It felt as if he was reading a book where the hero finds out the villain's plans the last second before his death and the villain walks the world till someone else comes along and takes him or her down. Without a doubt in his mind he knew if this was a end it would be like a story one that nobody but the heavens or hell would see how a shinobi risked his life for a partner who was gone for a long time. Now he was interested also wondering how he even knew Burittsu escaped the prison of Kumo so long ago this male was indeed something else.

“If this is my last conversation sit down with me and tell me the truth..I submit to you and give up this pointless fight it’s just going to waste the time I have left in this world we call our home.”

Placing his hand on his chest as he began to feel the restricting amount of air being held back and deep inside of him he only gave out a chuckle with his limited amount of oxygen as it seemed before his end. The only things that weaved into his mind was the fond memory of all the new generation of shinobi that he had met after coming out from his isolation. He thought about how he came far in his life as a shinobi without the need to kill and how that one person saved him from the darkness everyone which he met up till now would become a splendid shinobi in his or her own way. Maybe just maybe he thought one of those shinobi would stand up this fiend and many like him as he did this very day to vain to protect something they love or maybe even someone. As the moon shined down brighter upon the area lighting it up clearly and revealing the stains of blood upon the ground and the imprint of Burittsu’s body on the floor it shows what others would definitely see a battle. His face and body was beaten as bruises covered him from head to toe but the smile remained on his face and his eyes were full of hope ready for whatever shall happen to him once his eyes shut.

It seems something Yasuo said struck a cord with him. Or at least he realized now the situation he was in. He was at Yasuo's complete and total mercy. What he said now could totally affect how their affair would go. And this...was not exactly an outcome Yasuo imagined. They expected shouting, screaming, name calling, blood lust, and more fighting. The boy he encountered today in the forest was rash and without reason, just like the reports Yasuo vaguely remembered. But Yasuo also knew he had changed, or at least was supposed to. But no one can stand Yasuo's presence for long. No one sane at least. Sero tolerated their presence and allowed them to be so near since they knew Yasuo would not betray them, not yet anyway. No that time would come, sooner or later. And the girls, why Yasuo has been with them through thick and thing, since birds of a feather flock together. And the few friends Yasuo made, they only knew of their mask, the smile they pulled, the false pretense of safety that lulled them into their grasp. But Burittsu was not fooled by their charade and had even tried to go to toe to toe with them. Brave, albeit foolish as he was now suffering the consequences of his actions. The fatigue finally was catching up on him and the lack of oxygen should be getting too them, so it would be smart to preserve his breathe, to save his energy. And like that, the beast was tamed.

Yasuo smiled tenderly, not mocking nor conving nor fake, but an actual tender smile; something they did not show often, towards others. But tonight, Burittsu earned it as he reminded the kurohebi nearing their twentieth year, of a few people from their past though it was unclear if it was good or bad. "Burittsu....that means Blitz doesn't it....it suits you I suppose...impulsive burst of energy...yes it suits you quiet well doesn't it" Yasuo found his name to be quite ironic that the name fit the lad so well. His name described him perfect, a ball of energy no matter how impulsive, but especially in his attacks. It suited him, it really did. Unlike Yasuo. Yasuo's name was a joke for it were the complete opposite of themselves. Yasuo meant tranquil, happy, calm, to preserve. But they were anything but. They may seem calm, happy even on the outside but they had a dangerous darkness inside their heart. Their life was only of hardship, even before they were born and their blood cursed them, doomed them, to a life of suffering. They would not know true happiness because it was always taken from them. They cannot preserve it either since everything they touch they destroy. A medic who cant even heal themselves was pathetic. But truly, aren't we all.

Burittsu was pitiful, pathetic even, yet they no longer felt the desire to tease nor taunt him. Instead they felt just nothing. No that wasn't quite right. There was something...something there. Just what it was they weren't sure yet. But they both felt too tired to continue this charade so now it was a ceasefire. When Burittsu spoke, it held so much raw emotion, not of anger but of acceptance. Why, they wondered, why was he accepting this. Where was that spark, that fire in his eyes! Well...they could listen to his demands. Yasuo took the boy...no young man's offer, to sit beside him and relinquish their tale and so that is what they did. Yasuo knelt down, pocketing their kunai into their kimono and sat beside Burittsu, never taking their eyes off him "Well, I am a fair person so I will uphold the end of my bargain. Do not interrupt me. Keep your questions for when I have finished"

To be honest, they weren't sure why they were keeping their so called promise or why they were even entertaining Burittsu. They could have killed him right then and there. He was so defenseless and probably accepted it. But the kurohebi kept talking, their voice empty, not sorrowful or pretending to be but it was empty simply because they lost the reason to feel. "I was contacted by an old Yuurei acquaintance of mine. To be completely honest with you I do not like her. Rather I despise her being with my soul. We worked a few times but never could truly agree on something. We fought once and it got a bit out of hand. We had to be pulled away from each other, her back to her master and myself with my friends. But as she was being dragged away she said something, something that crossed the line and when I followed up on it, I could never forgive her"

Yasuo paused as they sucked in a breathe gathering their thoughts "Regardless I could not forgive her but luckily she went off the grid. I thought she died for sometime till she contacted me a few months ago. It seemed she was in Kiri for business and decided to take your friend Genbu as her protege. No doubt she was going to mold him into her perfect little soldier and use him till she didn't knead him. I can't fault her for that though. Yuurei are damn good allies if you make some." Yasuo bit their lip thinking before continuing. "She...wanted to test him, to break him down and build him up again. Slyly of course. She couldn't afford to destroy him too soon or he'll be broken beyond repair. But she also wasn't worried. She managed to get him to leave the village, become a wanderer so he can follow her to her own village without repercussions. And if he did fall apart, so bet it. She isn't one to become too attached to anything"

Yasuo chuckled as a voice whispered to them, comparing them to her, to that bitch. But Yasuo wouldn't listen. As it wouldn't do anybody any good. "She wanted me to test his loyalty to her and if he could handle keeping a secret, dealing with blood, the likes. I agreed only because I was curious about what she was up to. It's the first time I heard from here in years you know. And I told myself I would keep calm. To treat this like any other job. To teach him what he needed, do the work, and get out back to my girls. But...his attitude....I saw her tainting him. I saw her going along with her. He came to a sketchy place like that just to impress her. She doesn't fucking deserve anything." Anger, yasuo felt anger, the same one bubbling up like before, before with Genbu but they wouldn't let it cloud their judgement "Something inside me just...snapped. And I lost it...and then he started screaming and yelling and let me tell you that was not! the place to do that. You don't fuck around in places like that. I can't even do that because I know I'm not some hot shit. But he wouldn't shut up. And he was going to run and fuck everything over and I was so mad! I was so mad at him for being with her! For her interfering! For her getting involved with my life!" They shouted.

But then their voice...turned into a whisper, almost, and it sounded tired. Not apologetic but tired "Next thing I knew he had broken arms, his throat slit, and was laying on their ground in a pool of blood in a room of corpses. I wasn't a Kiri nin back then. Heck I didn't even met my master till then. I was just a wandering merch for hire. But I killed a kiri nin. A kiri nin in this country. Sure he became a wanderer but he still had ties to the village so I got rid of the body, spread a few rumors around and nobody question his disappearance which wasn't hard to. If you leave a village, seems like all the care they had for you, leaves with you"

Yasuo turned sighed, pinching the bridge of their nose "I'm not going to apologize because I don't feel any remorse. That is the last thing I feel. And I'm not going to tell you what I did with the body either. Just that its gone and there is nothing left. Oh and don't bother reporting me or looking for it. You won't succeed." Yasuo got up, and stretched their limbs, moving it around, popping their bones before looking at Burittsu. They covered their hand in medical chakra, this time healing one and went to heal Burittsu's throat if he would let them. If he did, his throat would be totally healed in moments.

Surprised he was as it seemed he was able to bend the will of his enemy he only shed one tear out of his left eye while the truth was being spilled out into the open air. Forcing him to think of so many negative thoughts in his mind but he felt free that this burden was lifted from his shoulder. Taking a deep breath as his breath was once more shortened by the effects of the jutsu he could not do anything but listen to the story that was presented to him thinking about his comrade was nothing but a figment of his imagination. If the story was true Genbu did leave the village on his own free will and pursued a path where Burittsu dared not to go down anymore he wondered if all this was for power or money or maybe even the taste of actual freedom. Not just to be another shinobi in line to die for the Mizukage or the village itself he probably thought Genbu wanted to live a better life his focus was directly on the speaker of this story as the voice showed no trace of any resentment or emotion. Giving a wipe of his face he removed the tear before it reached the edge of his cheek bone and dripped off hitting upon his leg.

“Genbu..”

Coughing once more as his breath felt harder to grasp then before he realized this was his final moments realizing the truth that his comrade was slain down but also left the village on his own will. He wondered why did he leave as the questions scrambled throughout his head only to end up with the final conclusion that no one could answer him except the one person who influenced him to join. As mentioned by his enemy she seemed to have a powerful influence on Genbu bringing him down to such low levels. In mere seconds his thoughts were distracted by the way this being stood up in front of him after finishing such a story without a care in the world it seemed he only wondered if this person had been through so much that nothing surprised him in this world. Watching closely as he healed himself and bent over to Burittsu only gave him a twitch underneath his eye as he was not sure what he was going to do but he remained motionless allowing the male place his hand on his throat. He felt as if the pressure itself was removed from his airways as the first breath he took was a deep and cool one.

He took time to allow the oxygen back to his head before trying to stand so he wouldn't simply fall over or stumble like a complete fool he was not sure of his enemies motives but he wanted to take him out. It would have been over once he sat down on the ground and forfeited himself to his enemy. Turning around placing both hands on the ground and gathering enough strength in his legs to stand perfectly straight without a stumbling a bit or two looking at his enemy. With the moonlight rays shining down and he was now able to breath clearly he only tilted his head in respect as he was clearly outclassed in every way. Stumbling he only looked at the moon itself as if all the answers were going to be given to him as to why Genbu followed such a dangerous character and as to why he was allowed to see another day. The silence of Burittsu was indeed one that he was known for only to give out a chuckle as he continued to look at the moon as if it said a joke to him but it was simply him making up his mind once more about what to be done to the people who hurt the ones he considered close. Looking over once more to his enemy he only saw what seemed to be a shinobi lost just like him left with a blank page in his life that simply needed to be filled in.

“You taught me something..I need to grow stronger if i’m willing to fight for those that I truly care for and to let go of my past ties. I forgive you in all honesty you did what you had to do just like Genbu he made his choice and you made your’s but the person who tainted him as if he was a simple experiment will one day die. I promise you that.”

Burittsu wanted to pat the male on the back but he only took a step towards him with a stern face and looked at him deeply in the eyes locking in as if he could read the history underneath the shade of the iris. Standing there without motion or even a sound Burittsu was only making a point that he meant all of the words he said on this very night. With the moon over them and the bruises on his body and the smell of blood in the air if anyone came about to this area at this very moment they would be scared. Most likely even paralyzed and quickly report this to any shinobi within the area but it was night and it was time for the male to begin to think what he would actually do if he had the chance to stop Genbu from taking the path. Chuckling in front of the males face he only continued to wonder what would happen next.

Empathy, the ability to feel for others, to want to help others. By definition it is the ability to understand and share feelings with another person. Yasuo had this ability like every other human, but years of abuse and suffering has dulled their senses over time leaving them broken in that department but they were not normal like other people from the beginning anyways so the difference was not staggering. This tenacity they had to be unsympathetic with others has caused their social capabilities to be less than desirable and put other people off by it. Burittsu was one such case. Even as they recited the downfall of their friend Genbu, a tale most disturbing even when highly censored, they could get up and stretch like it was normal and it was. They were emotional before yes but they knew to not let it get to them. Too often they felt their heart grown worn and withered as they gave parts of them away bit by bit. So excuse them to feeling nothing for destroying one life and changing another. With a lone eye they watched the Yukki shed a tear in remembrance for their friend.

It seemed to the kurohebi that the young man's life stopped, far too emotional now, no doubt feeling his age and beyond. Yasuo would not be helpful in that department  and they wouldn't. Physically they could mend wounds, like how they healed Burittsu of the affliction previously cause by Yasuo's sebon jutsu. That part was easy. Simple to do. No problems. But of the heart, mind, and soul. Such were out of their expertise. A medic as accused as themselves could only do so much. And they should not try to be something their not. Nor was their help in that department really required. No, instead the Yukki looked towards the stars for answer, trying to find some sort of peace with them. But Yasuo could not. Such peace was forgein to them. Just as much as faith. Yet the Yukki clansman had found some in their talk, this duel, and found some sort of peace one way or another. He even forgiven Yasuo for taking away his friend, a source of life from him...no one had even forgiven them for their actions. Definitely not for the treacherous sin they have committed. Ah this bubbling feeling in there chest made them feel uneasy but they knew one thing. They were enjoying seeing the change in Burittsu, a change that was unprecedented and he continued to surprise them every time today.

Burittsu stood in front of Yasuo, locking eyes with them, trying to understand them, the history of their crimson, the history of their blackened soul. This resolve they had, perhaps it was truly worth sticking around and letting him live if he could show them a sense of progression. The subject seems to grow and change, and perhaps with time and care, become something more than pathetic and weak, perhaps strong and powerful, and worth investing in.

However only time could tell. Instead for the present time, Yasuo smirked with a devious, mischievous grin, chuckled "You should learn to not make promises you cannot keep. And you cannot move forward that way. But" they paused, smirking. Yasuo quickly grabbed the Yukki's chin before they could protest and pulled them forward, connecting their lips. Yasuo only teased them by licking Burittsu's lip, never breaking their contact as Yasuo looked towards them lustfully, for a moment before breaking away and speaking in a low voice, their natural voice that sounded like a cross between femininity and masculinity in perfect harmony, that almost purred to him "I suppose I could stick around to see what you could do. Perhaps there are more lessons I could give you"

Ha, their voice chuckled within their mindscape. Even if their blood lust calmed down, the excitement they felt had not. But they could not bring the lad home, at least not yet. That might be saved for another time as a reward should the Yukki proved to be interesting once again. Besides they had to focus on other matters. Such as that corpse that needed disposal. It was truly a pity, but now they had to shed themselves of their warm haori jacket to cover her body up and carry it to that wolf's den they saw a few miles back to be eaten and taken care of. And then the jacket would've been soaked in blood and beyond repair would be better left there with the trash. Ah...how unpleasant. Yasuo could feel the headache coming with the thought of chores that were delayed.

Feeling the sudden lips of the so called enemy it seemed Burittsu appealed to the male by being his usual self in such a time. He wasn't the type to kiss or affiliated with the same gender as he did his facial expression was changed dramatically he was nervous in all honesty. Wiping his mouth as it seemed he would rather watch Burittsu as if he was a character in a book going through so much and coming out in the end a better and stronger person. But whatever it was that attracted this sort of appreciation it seems to have calmed the beast and turned it into something Burittsu would rather not get into a fight with on any given day. His facial expression was nothing but disgust as he looked around before spitting out whatever he felt like was not his to begin with he looked back at moon for more answers but once again he could not find one this was simply not the right time for such a moment or anytime for the same genders to interact. With a sigh as his breath escaped his body he wondered if he made the right choice by being himself in the very end he only hoped this would not be bestowed upon him again.

“Look don’t ever kiss me again. If you’re pleased by me just tell me and teach me more what can you possibly teach me..I’ve been on my own since my own sensei disappeared on me. While you're at it you might as well dispose of that jacket also since we both are changing and moving onto to something could probably be better.”

Watching the male curiously he only wondered what he did mean about teaching him more if this male was the gateway to success in this shinobi world he would take all he would offer and simply move on with his life. Most likely bringing a new friend by his side he was an interesting being himself also as he left Burittsu in place standing alone. This only gave him time to think about what just occurred as he took in a breath and released it he turned his back and only began to wonder if he should follow him towards wherever he was heading or stay and enjoy the view of the moon. Rubbing the back of his head he only chuckled once more before making up his mind completely as the smell of blood continued to fill the air but with less of a scent than before raising his fist to his chest he only grinned.

“Genbu i’ll find the rest of the story with help or not and I will get the full explanation as to why she picked you to be the one she wanted to mess with..And if I die trying then wait for me so we can catch up.”

Placing his hand in his pockets and smiled upon the bright moon itself he walked over to the tree where he hid behind earlier and climbed up into it as if he was a kid once again climbing trees. Sitting upon the branch itself was comfort to him as his mind itself danced and wandered throughout his head if he was able to go through the darkness again to find out the truth of what made him turn. If it was an offer or something he deeply desired cracking his neck he felt as if the darkness inside him would eventually crawl out of him again and turn him back into one who deeply tried to fight for love and understanding but on the outside was a killer who showed no emotion. He only sighed as he swung his legs more and gave out a grin as the idea only ran through his mind and a chuckle escaped his body into the air.

“Genbu.. My friend...the moon shines brighter as if it would change the outcome of the way you died.”

"Kshi kshi kshi kshi, alright alright. I won't do it again." Yasuo laughed as the sexual innuendo went over the Yukki's head though Yasuo figured it was still sticking to his mind and no doubt helped alleviate some of the tension. Now that they had their fun, it would do good to entertain some of his assessments. "You interest me, Burittsu. I cannot save ether that is a good thing or not, so I'll leave that to you. However I can ascertain this, it would be very interesting to see how you grow. A mutually beneficial relationship that is. Of course, this would typically mean I would take you back to the manor, but on the account of your former sensei and his relationship with my master was particularly undesirable, it would be unwise as I have not plans on killing you anytime soon. If you get within my master's sights, I cannot protect you. But I can help you protect yourself." Yasuo offered not to be a teacher nor friend, but merely a partner (in sickness and in health a small voice teased) in a mutually beneficial relationship. Burittsu could become stronger with Yasuo's guidance and Yasuo could test out some new concoctions and have some good entertainment with him. Yes, truly beneficial to both parties indeed. With that last bit, Yasuo picked up the body in their coat, wrapping it up before they left with a smile on their face to go put it away.
