The last few days had been fairly uneventful for the extremely young Hyuga. While he had been in Kumogakure no Sato, he had spent most of his time at the hotel resort that was quite a ways from the Hidden Cloud Village. It was a place that many shinobi went to he had soon learned, and because of that he knew it was the best location to learn as much things as he wanted. Of course, it didn’t help that he was a young child, and for that he would no doubt be overlooked for the most part by plenty in the world around him, especially those who were no doubt capable of teaching him the things he wanted to learn. His age didn’t bother him however, the thing that bothered him the most were the people who ignored him simply because they didn’t know how intelligent he truly was. His mental development had surged, or so he had come to believe since that day two years ago and a week after he had graduated from the Ninja Academy in Konohagakure no Sato.

With that growth had come the need to cut away every single one of his ties with people that he had once called friends. People that he had snuck away from home to play with all afternoon when they didn’t have homework to do, he had even done it back when he did have homework to do, preferring to be a free spirit and to doing as he pleased rather than listen to his parents. At the time he had been more of a rogue child, now, he was more tamed and seemingly less emotional. So emotionless that it got to the point that his past retainers and tutors put in an effort to remind him of every single kind action he had done in his life when he had been much younger. One such kind hearted thing that he had done once upon a time, or so he had been told, was once when they were passing by the local park, while they were passing through it to use as a shortcut to get home after a long day out, a girl who had injured herself was sitting on the ground crying. Of course he believed that far into the story, why wouldn’t there be a young child crying in the park, it happened every day he was certain, but what would start to become unrecognizable to the new and improved Satsuji would be the fact that he had apparently walked up to said girl and had hugged her until he stopped crying.

I doubt that happened. It doesn’t sound like me. I wouldn’t do such a thing, not even for a member of my own family. All of those were things that he had said upon different occasions, and yet, they still insisted with brought about his resignation in arguing the point. He simply didn’t believe them and he would continue doing whatever it was he was doing at the time.

Satsuji’s steps brought him at the end of a long hallway. Glancing to his left, he saw a sign that indicated there was a gym down towards the other end, and he had been following it since a few minutes ago when he had gotten to the lobby and had seen the display that announced the opening of the gym on the top floor. To get to the gym itself was a workout which was amusing, and yet annoying all in the same, simply because it forced you to move up an extra flight of stairs to get to the floor that exclusively held the gym. No one here is a challenge. He made the affirmation confidently as he strolled down the hallway, allowing his arms to sway at his side with every step that he took. Soon enough, the radiant lights of the gigantesque gym were seemingly focusing on the Leaf Village insignia that was on his forehead in the form of a Konohagakure forehead protector. Glancing to either side after he had taken quite a few steps past the threshold of the room, he folded his arms over his chest as he glanced over his shoulder expecting to see his two handlers there. When he didn’t, he looked back around and looked to the left and right, trying to determine as to what he should do. He was most certainly too small to actually lift up the weights, and he wasn’t interested in sparring someone so early in the morning anyway, and so he decided to move through the jungle that was the gym.

Maybe something was going to catch his interest.

Deep in Asura's mind, he found his ultimate foe, the enemy of his sanity, Vritra. Asura feared this creature's motives, Vritra always wanted to take control of Asura's mind and nothing else, all the beast wanted was Chaos, there is no less he would settle for. Asura feared that if Vritra were to take his mind over, Asura would lose his humanity, Vritra would kill, or at least try. He feared breaking the vow to his family, feared hurting them if Vritra were to ever have control. Every second of every day, he could hear the beast tormenting him, talking to him, making the most evil suggestions, trying his best, to gain control.

The night moon was hanging over the small grey tent that Asura had put up the day before, the moon's light shone on his camp while Asura was kept deep in sleep. Asura walked through the forest in his dream, scanning the Trees and bushes for any signs. He had no idea where he was, or even why he was there, the moment he looked dead ahead of his path, he noticed a glowing pair of red eyes creep out of the darkness and shadows. Asura remained in place as he watched a man, quite like himself wandering out of the darkness, approaching Asura, repeating a single verse over and over again, "Voices twist and turn the mind, changing the way we hear the vines, looking upon the earth below, where our empty beds will grow... Vritra is the name that is placed on my head. Vritra, is the one that will claim your head." The stranger kept repeating it in a sadistic voice, sending chills throughout Asura's body. Asura looked at the man, staring him dead in the eyes, "Let the voices be silent, let them be still, let the hordes of the lost sound their ill will." The stranger spoke in a low tone. Asura awoke, breathing heavily as he looked around in a panic, looking for those hellish red eyes that haunted his dream. Asura placed his hands on his forehead, "Gods, that was... Vritra... You... I can never..." He shook his head from side to side, trying to get the thoughts out of his mind, the image of that man. He looked almost the exact same as Asura; such a thought scared this once fearless giant. He fell back, heading back to sleep, placing his arms under his pillows as he returned to his slumber.

Asura yawned as he slowly raised his head off of his pillow. His eyes slowly opened, showing the blurry light peering through the tent. The blur started to clear as he shook his head from side to side, clearing his mind of the nightmares from last night, the sights of gigantic spiders crawling around him, vanishing, leaving his mind with the dream of a six-armed being, glowing with wrath. Asura tapped his forehead lightly with the palm of his head, his head aching, "Owww... Why today... Wait... I get to train today, at least something good comes of this, get to keep training still... I'd better put some good work in if I am ever to be the best." He quietly spoke in his low, styled, tone voice. He moved the blanket off of himself and tossed it to the side as he crawled out of the tent. He stood up and yawned, stretching his arms and legs, cracking his neck before throwing a few punches at the air. He packed up his things putting them away carefully before picking up his backpack.

"Right, I think I might try the gym today." He appeared in his new look, the look was only a few days old but it changed almost his whole appearance. He appears as a tall, muscular man with sharp features, short hair that was once white but was dyed a different colour. With Asura's new look, his once white hair is now smoky grey, and instead of spiking forward it is going off to the side a little, with the chance of it staying down. Asura tends to brush his hair to keep it this way, otherwise it ruins the new look that Asura had put so much effort into. He wears a tight black shirt that has short sleeves and reaches to the mid-section of the neck. Over his shirt he wears a blood red hoodie, the sleeves are cut short to keep them at a similar level to the shirt below. Over the hoodie and the shirt is a strange vest with a dark beige colour, it have five straps, one around each shoulder and three around the waist. Over his whole outfit he wears a pure white jacket, long sleeved but rolled up to the elbow with a red circle on each shoulder, within the circle is a white symbol, showing the Konohagakure Symbol in the centre. Asura also wear black leather gloves that are designed for comfort in battle, they allow his fingers to move freely while still keeping a tightly fit look. He wears long baggy black trousers with a belt hidden under his blood red hoodie. Covering his feet all the way up to just below the knee, Asura wears dark grey/navy bluish leather boots, again, designed for comfort during battle. Over his left leg, at the thigh, is a dark grey/navy bluish leather strap with a holster to hold Asura's Kunai, going down the side of the strap is Asura's head band that he placed there, fitting it perfectly, keeping it from being scratched or damaged during battle and keeping his new look.

He looked over to the river before turning and walking away from the waterfall. Asura walked along on the side walk, looking around as he passed by the shorter villagers, smiling as he wave to those who recognized him. He would occasionally look up to see the beautiful morning sky as he walked past the several homes between his camping ground and the market, hearing the villagers talk as he passed by, seeming to have not a care in the world. Asura turned the corner and passed by a Cafe, his eyes scanning the streets for signs. Eventually he found himself outside of a hotel, on Mt Ikkyu. It had been his first time that he visited a gym, he didn't know what to do, so he walked in, looking for directions to the gym, he walked to the receptionist. "Excuse me, where is the gym?"

The young boy that was Satsuji walked through the multiple aisles that surrounded him. Much of the equipment that was around him was significantly bigger than him. To the point that they may have even been double his size, or close enough so that one would either have to give or take a foot away for it to be exactly true. When the large machines seemed to come to an end, the featureless white eyed eleven year old’s already slow walk, slowed even more to the point that he had finally stopped moving and he arrived next to an assortment of dumb bells.

Drawing in a breath, the short bandaged arms of the dark haired eleven year old boy reached forwards to grasp the dumb bells… One for each of his small hands, and to anyone who happened to be observing would immediately realize that his hands were too small, and those even smaller fingers wouldn’t even be capable of wrapping around it.

Meanwhile, downstairs a fairly large person strode into the foyer of the hotel resort. The concierge looked up of course, taking note of the approaching person from the corner of their eyes as they continued to write in the check-in book, correcting a mistake that he had made earlier… Something irrelevant about misspelling the name, on the key card, or some such.

By the time that Asura Senju had gotten to the desk and had then proceeded to ask the concierge a question, the man had already raised their head and was seemingly patiently waiting to answer as they tapped away on the board in front of them with the back of a pen. On the top floor. It should be easy to find… There are signs all over the place.” The man frowned as he pointed to the left, specifically in the direction of the stairs and the elevators. “You’ll have to take stairs to get to it though, it has it’s own floor.” There was a smile on his face, almost as if it were strained, indicating that he wanted the man to go off and on his way so that he could continue with his work. It wasn’t everyday t hat it was the Chuunin Selection Exams and there were quite a few people that had been requesting rooms at their well respected hotel. “Good bye.” He said to the back of the burly fellow when he had eventually gone off to either the elevators or the multiple flights of stairs. Whichever he took, he couldn’t care less.

Back to our favourite character, Hyūga Satsuji. He was slowly reaching for another pair of dumb bells, having not even bothered to grab the ones he had first been reaching for since it was clear that he certainly wasn’t going to be capable of holding them. Reaching to a much smaller pair, mere millimeters away from grasping them he instead took a step back and folded his arms across his chest as he instead strode across the length of the gym to the much more simpler to use running machines. But everyone knew them as treadmills, but he didn’t know how to work them, so he watched from the sideline, so to speak, to understand what he was going to have to do.

Why am I here again?

Asura heard what the man behind the desk had said, “On the top floor. It should be easy to find… There are signs all over the place.” Watching the man frown as the man pointed to the left, specifically in the direction of the stairs and the elevators. “You’ll have to take stairs to get to it though, it has it’s own floor.” Asura nodded and gave him a slight bow before he turned to the side and started walking up the stairs. When he placed each foot on the floor, a loud sound was made from his boots hitting the floor before lifting up. Within no time Asura had made his way up the stairs, following the signs to the gym. When he finally arrived, he opened the door and walked in, seeing all kinds of people, some reminding him from characters in his grandfather's book while there was a young boy, simply watching the treadmill. Asura took off his jumper and folded it up neatly before unstrapping the five vest straps, taking it off and placing it next to his jumper. He finally removed his hoodie, doing the same with it as what he did with his jumper, showing his shirt, a tight black shirt that has short sleeves and reaches to the mid-section of the neck, he still had his Kunai holder, although it was empty he still kept it on him, on the side of it was where he kept his Konoha headband. The tall muscular Ninja walked over to what had seemed to be a heavy dumb bell, he cracked his neck lightly before picking it up, testing it's weight to see if it was the right size for him.
