Mere Three Hours Earlier;

Was it really that big of a deal? The years have grown ever slightly...

A new scenery, or rather a new sparring associate?

Questions forever rumbled inside the brain of the mysterious individual as the forbidden man walked the busy, yet casual, streets of the village he had not been in for so long, the home of the Black Lightning Raikage as tradition slowly passed down, Kumogakure no Sato. He had placed himself in the shelter of an inn, more than at least three to four blocks away from the Administration Building that had housed the most powerful shinobi in Kumogakure, the Raikage. When arriving to the village, the very prominent feeling of shelter was upon the man as the low chill of the 40° weather with the wind blowing at south at 9MPH. Yes, it was somewhat calm yet with a hint of chilly wind that the man was feeling, seeing as his crimson eyes had slowly moved upward to the sky, only to see clouds covering it. A simple toss of his hood to mask his appearance while his long, turquoise hair was separated into two long strands and had rested past his shoulders and ended on both of his lower chest area.

The man had began walking the Kumogakure streets. The individual was flat-footed, so his steps along with the other civilians, were being heard. Left foot and then right foot as the same repeated pattern continued as he walked. Although his hood had made the inside of his face look of complete darkness, he moved his head in different directions, taking on the view of the lifestyle of Kumogakure. Much had changed ever since he left the village years ago, for he was only here for a short time anyway. Little to no detail was being payed attention before as they are now since he was a free shinobi, although on the run mostly. As he walked, he shifted his head as his view went to the left and spotted a district that many people were walking to. He might as well join the crowd.

His view and attention was now full on this district as he had looked around while walking. It had seemed much similar to a industrial part of district, but it gave the male more so a residential feeling, since most places were in walking distance from different civilian homes. The different buildings, whether small, medium, or large in size,  he had looked at were in good repair, some as if they were just made today. This has reminded the male of the district back in Konohagakure, seeing as though it was somewhere in the inner city of the country. Crime was somewhat short to none here in this district, seeing as though most of the civilians or shinboi (apparently), can defend themselves when crime was afoot, so this had gave the male a more sense of safety. This district was far from anything in Kirigakure, back in the old days at least, seeing as the district was inland.

He had come across a medium-sized building that had said Kumogakure Inn on the sign hanging from above. The male had walked and had seen a person behind the big desk with the clip board and pen in front of them as the man had walked over to the middle-aged female, slowly wanting to engage in some conversation, just so he can get the key to his room and hopefully get some rest.

“Yes sir, what can I do for you today?” The receptionist had asked. She was very pretty in appearance, although the male could only see her face and torso, to which she had pale but gorgeous skin tone that was glossy in the light, her eyes were of carmel brown as if they were contact lenses. She was rather short in height as the male looked down at her and she looked up at him. Her smile was radiant, dimples shown on both cheekbones when she did her smile as her pearly white teeth glistened as well. Her hair was long as the male could see, but her style was somewhat odd and different to most, wearing her hair in a medium-sized bun with two pony tails as braids resting on each shoulder. One thing that the male did not want to see was her bust even though they were covered up nicely. Her bust was 34 DD cups which sat perfectly upward and perky, to where he issued the fact that any male would be looking at those rather than her face, but with this male, that was certainly not the case.

“Room for one please.” The male had said in a raspy tone of voice that was deep. It had seemed that she was not startled by the man’s voice and appearance, even if his look was mysterious. He could tell that she had those type of people come and go in and out the inn before so it was nothing new to her. To her knowledge it had seemed that the rooms on the first floor and second floor were either taken already or reserved since the inn was getting good reviews not only for their hospitality and clean rooms and atmosphere, but also for their delicious food, since it was a family business after all. There was rooms available on floors three to eight since floors nine and ten were primarily the suite floors.

“Third floor,” She said as she had issued the male to sign his name (to which he used the name Taichi Nobada) and she had signed in the time that he had came in. He gave the lady 150 ryo for three nights, “And here is your key to the room. Your room number is 315. When you go up the stairs to the third floor, you will make a right and it should lead you down the hall to your right.” She had given him two small-sized keys, one for the top lock and one for the bottom lock. The male had took the keys from and walked up the flight of stairs until he had went the direction that the female had told him to go to get to his room. Unlocking both the top and bottom lock and hearing the clicking sound, he opened the door to his room as he walked inside and closed it. It was very spacious, simple to his liking almost. One bed (queen size) along with a little couch next to the open window as the window gave off a good view of Kumogakure buildings and the streets as well. The bathroom was very generic in its appearance: bathtub, shower, curtains the matched the rug on the floor. What really caught the male’s attention was that there was a closet door on the side of his bed. “This will suffice for three days and three nights.”

Present

Let’s just be sure that nobody recognizes you alright?

Just a simple meet and greet, and maybe swing swords and lunch. Sounds good right?

Again with the questions. Those three hours of nap time back at the inn was exactly what he needed. Now he was on more pressing matters, meeting the Raikage. The Raikage of this generation is powerful, but even those most powerful of foes or allies has a weakness and evidently, a price to pay to acquire such power. Yet the mindset of the individual was not on that particular subject. The Raikage himself is a good leader, and eventually villages do talk of such. The male wanted to see this Raikage for himself. Although the status of the male was dead, there was no name or liability in Kumogakure, to which it had actually made a good hiding spot for the male to train, do missions and possibly earn some extra ryo, and get out of harm’s way at least. His footing had stopped in front of the Administration Building.

He means the Raikage no ill will whatsoever, just a friendly talk and an occasional spar or two. He just wanted to get stronger, and that means getting out of his closed shell in reality and start at least making some allies and acquaintances while he was still living. It wasn’t all that bad to him though. He’s done it before. Walking inside the Administration Building, he walked up the stairs to the first floor and stopped in front of the receptionist desk that was doing what any receptionist would do.

“How can I help you sir?” She said. Her tone of voice was stoic and calm, with a hint of serious and power to it. If this was the kind of thing that Kumogakure has to offer, then surely the male was “dead” for a very long time at least. From her looks, she was fairly brown skin, couple shades light to dark in comparison to someone who was more caramel skin colored, a more famous thing in Kumogakure nonetheless.

“I’m here to see the Raikage.” The male said in his tone of voice.

“Name please?” The receptionist asked. The male looked around as his crimson eyes had moved to different directions. He had seemed that the people were just doing their regularly things and minding their own business, but still saying his actual name was suicidal nonetheless. So it was still time to use the alibi he had been using for quite some time.

“Nobada. Taichi Nobada.” The man answered. The receptionist had written his name down and proceeded to let the Raikage know that he/she had a visitor, or at least that’s what he was looking at rather. She looked at the male and given him a smile and a nod and said that the Raikage would be with him shortly. So now all he had to do was wait until the Raikage gave the approval. He just had to play it cool and calm and not cause any trouble, or even a scene. It was quiet in the building, aside from the voices of people running around and working, and some was entering and leaving the Raikage chambers as he had seen. Without the distractions, it was quiet to him. He had all the time in the world so it wouldn’t matter if he waited. If he was declined, he can surely train himself and get stronger.
