For some unknown reason when the young boy arrived in Konoha there was a large increase in bandit activities.

He was nearly kidnapped along the road, attacked several times in the forest as well as having been involved in an intense interrogation of an old Bandit who revealed the name of importance Kazuma... Who is this Kazuma and what role does he play in the unleashing of all these bandit attacks. A person can not even eat in peace anymore as the bandits do not care who they rob or what they take. He also learned their motto, "Take Everything"

When nothing is happening might as well make it happen yourself, i figured it might be interesting to have bandits all over Konoha since it is the largest nation currently and a bandit uprising will give birth to more missions which i am going to apply for soon. I would just like to see if anyone would like to start teaming up with me as later on i will be taking on a custom S-Rank mission to defeat the ultimate bandit not counting the bandit elites who may have several unique abilities which i would like suggestions from people for and Orochi Risu if you read this i may need your NPC for this too

Enaka…is a different matter, he wont be coordinating mere bandits in his own village unless when in his own advantage, so in this case he'll either ignore it and leave it to the proper authorities or crush them rather than being part of them.
