Sorons next mission had just come in by messenger bird minutes before the sun had risen to its highest point in the sky at mid-day. This scroll had another big "C" on it so he knew it wasnt some low level task like he had been stuck on for as long as he could remember. He slipped on all his clothing and finally his headband before opening the scroll and reading it within the contents of his own mind rather than aloud.

"So an escaped gorilla this time huh? This shouldnt be too hard, it should actually be pretty easy to kill this thing but then again it does say alive but that shouldnt be too hard either. Find it, knock it out, and problem solved." Soron thought to himself as he leaped out his window and off towards the hidden leaf forest. He deduced that the forest would be his best bet to look at first as that would be the gorillas natural habitat right there.

It didnt take him long to reach the edge of the forest where he would begin his search. He had to keep in mind to bring the gorilla back alive so high level jutsu was definitely out of the question and in a forest it probably wasnt a good idea to use his fire element jutsu. That leaves him with his lightning element jutsu which will actually come in handy. His shock bullet jutsu shouldnt harm the creature other than a few minor burns from the electricity and he could use it without weaving handsigns so it will definitely help him should he find himself in a pinch. "Hey mister Soron!" A boys voice rang out. He turned to face the voice. It was a child, and he recognized this child as an academy student. "Yes?" He said but one word. "I heard you were headed out on a mission. I just wanted to wish you good luck!" The boy smiled and ran off. Soron sighed he couldnt help but wonder what that energetic kids future would be like or rather what the next generation after his own would be like.

Soron leaped into the forest not really knowing where he should begin his search. He looked up to the sky and saw a pack of birds that appeared to be fleeing from someone or something. He figured he would start at whatever was stirring the birds up. He leaped up into the trees to make travel faster as he leaped from branch to branch keeping himself meters off the forest floor. He soon closed in on the disturbance and whadda ya know it was the gorilla. He was just about to jump down when he heard rustling near the gorilla and then he watched it fall to the ground with a dart sticking out of its back. A group of men then approached it and he listened in on what one of them was saying, "This is a fine specimen indeed. This thick pelt of his should sell for quite a hefty amount if we play our cards right boys. So lets get this thing caged before it wakes up then we can get it up onto the cart and wheel it off. The camps not far so lets get moving!" Soron instantly knew what was going on... poachers.

Soron instantly recognized his two options concerning the situation. Both of these would complete his mission. Option number one is he jumps down takes all the guys out and then reports back to the hidden leaf the location of the gorilla and mission accomplished. Option number two states he follow the poachers back to their camp and see if they have any other animals that are about to be killed and skinned like the gorilla is. He decided to go with option number two of course, it was just something about animals that he liked so he figured he would rescue a couple of them and be a good person. They didnt return to their camp right away as they had to be sure the gorilla was caged. Soron watched them pull up a cart with a single iron cage that looked rather large in size actually. It took almost 5 of them to load the gorilla into the caged and then they shut and locked the cages door with a simple padlock.

"Alright then lets get a move on and get it back to camp. It will be much harder to move one it wakes up! Move!" One of them yelled. So they were finally moving out towards their camp huh? Good. Then all Soron had to do was keep to the tree tops and follow them without being detected and once hes reached their camp taking these guys out will be childs play. He would still however need to find the keys to the padlocks they use because even though they looked simple and bleak, he didnt figure he was going to be able to break them easily with his bare hands. It didnt appear they could push the cart very fast and with good reason as Soron was sure that the gorilla definitly wasnt light by any means of the word. After about half-an-hour however they had finally reached the camp just as the gorilla was starting to stir and wake up from its little forced nap.

The camp wasnt very larged and it didnt appear that had that many animals caged. Soron could see a few cages with animals in them mostly non-exotic animals such as ocelots and cayotes but one cage had a tiger in it so that one would definitly bring them bank should they be successful in selling it or its pelt. They placed the gorilla next to the other animals and then they just stood around talking though Soron could really make out what any of them were saying on the account of he was too far away to hear them. He needed a diversion of some kind and it didnt take him long to come up with one that would work perfectly.

He leaped down into the bushes below now hiding not far from the camp. He purposefully made a loud rustling noise as to attract the attention of one of the poachers. When the guy approached he nabbed him and knocked him out with a single punch to the head. He then studied the man and used the transformation jutsu to take on his appearance. Afterwards he strode right into the enemy camp, the others had no idea he had infiltrated them. He searched the tents before finding the keys to the cages laying in the biggest tent. Why hadnt he just checked there first? He let all the animals out at once except for the gorilla and boy did things get chaotic after that. Soron watched as the animals rampaged all over the place and poachers fled into the forest. Soron sighed and undid his transformation he then turned to the gorilla "Dont worry youll get out of that cage soon as I report your location back to the leaf village." His mission completed he contaced the leaf with the gorilla's location and then he headed off towards home where he could grab some grub as his stomache was begining to grumble.
